Would you like to clone a familiar face your prospects would recognize? You can simply upload a video or photo to create a digital representer of yourself that can speak as you, in over 50 languages, all from plain text.
Navigate to Step 2, Video Personalization, of your campaign.
Navigate to "My Avatars" in the Presenter drop-down.
Click on "Upload your custom avatar".
A new window will open which will prompt you to choose between 2 options to create a custom avatar:
Click on the Video option if you'd like to upload a video to create a custom avatar. This method stands as our most popular choice and is strongly recommended for users seeking optimal customization and realistic results.
After selecting the video option, a window will pop up providing guidelines for recording and uploading the video necessary for creating your custom avatar.
The guidelines are as follows: 1. No other faces should be in the video.
2. No excessive movements.
3. No large smiles or laughter.
4. No obstructions to the nose, lips or jaw.
5. Not too close, nor too far. 5 to 10 feet is optimal distance from the camera.
6. A clean and solid white or green background.
7. Ensure you have the person's consent before creating a custom avatar from their video.
8. Make sure the length of the video you're uploading is between 20 and 60 seconds.
9. The video to be uploaded should be of the correct aspect ratio, which is 16 : 9. Moreover, the video file should be in MP4 format and should be less than 30 Megabytes in size.
Click on the "Upload Video" button to select a video that you want to upload from your storage.
In case you'd like to use an image for custom avatar creation, select the "Image" option.
After selecting the image option, a window will pop up providing guidelines for capturing and uploading the image necessary for creating your custom avatar.
The guidelines are as follows:
2. The image should include a high quality image of the face. An image which contains full body is not required.
3. No large smiles or laughter.
4. No obstructions to the nose, lips or jaw.
5. A clean and solid white or green background.
6. Ensure you have the person's consent before creating a custom avatar from their image.
7. The image to be uploaded should be of the correct aspect ratio, which is 16 : 9. Moreover, the image file should be in PNG or JPG format and should be less than 3 Megabytes in size.
Click on the "Upload Image" button to select an image that you want to upload from your storage.
Once a video or an image has been selected, it will be uploaded to your account.
After uploading the video or image, a new window will appear, prompting you to enter a name for the custom avatar derived from the uploaded content.
Click on the "Continue" button once you've set a name for the custom avatar.
The uploaded content will be processed to present you with a custom avatar.
Click on the "Continue" button to proceed as the uploaded content is being processed by the system.
The custom avatar has now been created and is available for use in your campaigns.
You can click on the avatar in the "My Avatars" tab to select it.
You can click on the Left, Center and Right buttons to choose where to place the avatar in your video, as it can be seen in the preview screen towards the left.
You can also drag this slider to shrink or enlarge the size of the avatar to your liking.
You can also choose to have the full body avatar,
or have the avatar in a circle.
Please note that the custom avatars created using an image will only appear in a circle and will not be available as full body avatars. To create a full body avatar, you can choose the video method when prompted to choose between video and image when creating an avatar.
