Email Scheduler

The fourth step of your full suite campaign involves setting up a method to send out emails containing the generated videos.

Let's explore how to efficiently share your platform-generated videos using one of two methods. In this tutorial, we'll focus on the Email Scheduler feature. Our platform offers a seamless built-in email scheduling system, enabling you to effortlessly dispatch personalized videos on autopilot, eliminating the need for additional tools!

Click on the "Email Scheduler".

If this is your first time using the Email Scheduler, you'll need to configure your SMTP. 

Click on the "Add your SMTP", highlighted in red.

A window will open which will prompt you to enter your SMTP details.

You can choose an SMTP such as Sendgrid, Mailgun, or even integrate your GSuite.

Once you specify your SMTP details, click on the "Verify Email Settings" button.

Once verified, click on the "Save Email Settings" button.

Start typing your email content in the text box in the Email Scheduler tab.

You can personalize the content, by adding variables using the Insert Variable dropdown.

You can also insert the "Thumbnail" that your prospects will click on in order to be redirected to the landing page where they can view the video that was generated specifically for them.

Since the thumbnail is automatically included in the email body text box by default, please ensure not to add it again.

Next, fill out your details on the right-hand side, and select your SMTP.

Then, choose your preferred time zone, days, and specific timeframes for when you want these emails to be sent out. Moreover, you can enter the amount of total emails you'd like to send out per day in the "Global Daily Limits" field.

You can also choose to send out emails all day instead of only during the specified timing by flicking the "All Day" switch.

You can also set up follow-up emails by clicking on the Email Follow-Up button towards the left. If your prospects don't respond to your initial email, you can set up automatic follow-ups after a specified number of days. You can add as many follow-up emails as you prefer.

You can also send yourself a test email to ensure everything appears as you want it for your prospects in the email that they'll receive.

After making your adjustments, click on the "Activate Scheduler" button to save changes and activate it. This step is crucial; without activation, emails won't be sent out. Once the email scheduler and the campaign is active, and videos are generated, your emails will start dispatching.

Click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.

Additionally, If you run a campaign, pause it and pause the email scheduler as well, then add more contacts, and click "Activate Scheduler," a window will appear. It'll ask if you want to send emails to both existing and newly added contacts, or solely to the new ones. This step is crucial and requires your attention. Failing to update the Email Scheduler will result in emails not being sent to the newly added contacts.

If you have an active campaign and add more contacts to it, head to "Email Scheduler" and click "Update Settings" to include the new contacts. You'll see a window asking if you want to send emails to existing and new contacts or just new ones. Since the campaign is active, choose "Existing + New Contacts" to ensure both previously and newly added contacts receive their emails.
