If you have the contact information and other data of your leads/recipients stored in a spreadsheet and/or you want to send out customized emails in bulk, then importing a .csv file is one of the simplest and effective methods to add contacts to your campaign. Follow the simple steps in this video to add Contacts to your Campaign via .csv file.
Step 1 in Creating a campaign is "Add Leads". There are multiple ways to do this. If you have the contacts stored in a spreadsheet and you want to send out customized mails in bulk, then importing a CSV file is the simplest and quickest method.
To use this method, scroll down to the 'CSV' option and Click Upload
Download a sample to refer to the correct data formatting for the CSV to be compatible.
Please make sure not to change the email field name on Column C, and keep it as it is.
When you've made sure your CSV file is formatted correctly, click here to upload your CSV file.
Select the correctly formatted CSV file with contacts from your device and proceed.
If your CSV file is uploaded correctly, you should be able to see the number of contacts you are about to import. If you don't see this, there may be an issue with your CSV file or data formatting. Refer to the sample file and try again.
Click on the Import Contacts button.
Congratulations! 🎉You've just imported your contacts using a CSV file! You may now proceed to the Video Personalization step.
