If you are looking to further personalize your video thumbnails and tailor them according to your brand guidelines and audience—we've got you covered.

Simply navigate to the Thumbnail personalization tab.

Edit the sub-text that will show on the bottom of the thumbnail to something that will captivate your recipients' attention the most.

Don't forget to personalize the caption using their name and other attributes by adding variables from the dropdown menu.

By default, we provide a standard layout that mirrors the appearance of your video.

If you want to upload your own image, however, simply flip the Custom Image switch.

Using the popup that will emerge, you can change the thumbnail image.

Click on the Change button. From your device, select and upload your desired image file that complies with the requirements mentioned.

By selecting Positioning you can easily rotate, resize and reposition the caption to any spot on the screen using the standard freehand selection tool.

Once you are ready, click Save.

Your thumbnail is now personalized!
