The 5th and final step of the campaign is the "Publish" step.
Copy and paste the provided HTML code onto your custom landing page to embed the videos generated from this campaign. This allows your prospects to visit the page and view the personalized videos generated specifically for them.
To begin tracking conversions, copy the provided code to add a pixel at the bottom of your "Thank You" page.
Click on the "Activate" button,
or flip this switch, in order to activate your campaign. Once activated, a prompt will confirm the generation of 'X' amount of videos. After confirmation, the campaign will commence, and videos will start generating shortly.
To view the generated video directly on your landing page, copy this URL and paste it into a new tab in your browser.
To monitor the progress of videos queued for generation in this campaign, click here to visit the Library.
Once you see that the videos have been successfully generated for all of your prospects in the library,
you can click on the arrow button to visit the landing page for the specific video generated for a prospect and watch the video directly on the landing page.
You can also watch the video directly by clicking on the "Play" button.
If you'd like to delete a specific video, you can do so by clicking on the red "Trashcan" button.
For additional options like "Download the Video" or "Download the Thumbnail", simply click on the three dots.
You can visit the Analytics to track the progress of each email sent to the prospects in the campaign by clicking here. Please note that the Analytics is specifically designed for use with the Email Scheduler provided by the platform, and may not function with third-party integrations such as Hubspot or Instantly when sending out emails.
In the Analytics, you can monitor different aspects of your campaign such as
the amount of people added to your campaign,
the amount of visits your landing page received,
the amount of plays your videos received,
and the total watch rate of your videos sent out to your prospects.
You can also track the individual watch rates of each video sent to your prospects.
Additionally, you can track the activity of the emails sent out to your prospects such as "Email Sent", "Opened", "Visited the Landing Page", "Watched the Video", and "Clicked on the Call to Action Button".
You can also monitor the total amount of credits used in this campaign.
In order to share real-time campaign statistics with your clients, click on this Key icon to access the white-label reporting feature.
White-label reporting is a feature that provides you with a unique link that you can share with your clients to give them access to real-time campaign statistics.
