To connect Zapier, navigate to the Zapier option and click Connect.

You will now be prompted to choose or add some variables. These variables will be used for personalization purposes when crafting your video script in the next step.

Select only the variables you plan to use in your script.

Please note the data for these fields need to be provided by the source of your contacts, such as a CRM or any other tool you wish to specify as the Zapier trigger.

After selecting the variables you will use for video customization, click Continue.

Next, follow the instructions on the screen to add videomail.app into your Zapier apps.

Click on the link in the first step to send yourself an invitation to add Videomail.app on Zapier.

Accept the invitation on Zapier.

Then return to the instructions pop-up and click Create a Zap.

On Zapier, select a Trigger. This is where you need to choose the app you plan to have as the data source for feeding your campaign with contacts. Choose from thousands of apps Zapier integrates with.

Next, search and choose VideoMail.app as your Action app and continue.

Select Add Leads to Campaign from the ActionEvent dropdown menu.

When prompted, name your connection and enter the API Key that was revealed after selecting the variables. You can always find your API key in the Integrations tab on the platform.

To set up action, select the campaign you have just created from the Campaign Name dropdown menu .

Next, select the campaign's fields that map to the corresponding fields in your Zapier trigger.

Do remember to turn on your workflow.

Zapier is now connected and is live. You're good to go.
